Ricer. A word none of us wants to be called.

Some people seem to have a convoluted view of the term "rice"s original meaning.

So just to clear things up, a "rice" modification is NOT something that makes your car look unsubtle and extreme. A rice mod is something the owner of the car puts on the car, expecting the modification to make the car go faster. (Such as a body kit, 17-deck spoiler, or 23,598,734,659,847 inch exhaust pipe) Which will cause EXACTLY the opposite ...

I have an Evolution line Scion tC, stage two motor, rims, body kit, tires, lights, neon, suspension, and pretty much I only need one more upgrade.

I lost the instructions for installing AWD on an evo chassis, so can someone help me out with that? I'm really

desperate at this point -sweatdrop-

I decided to screw it with the tutorial, I'll do it myself xD

So yeah, mine works great and if anyone needs help installing AWD on an Evo chassis just ask because it isn't that ...

How to further your Xmods range.

tools needed: soldering iron and solder, screw driver, thats it

next its a good idea to plug your soldering iron in now so you dont have to wait for ot to heat up later.

first start off by removing the crystal, intenna, and battery

now remove the steering wheel and the 2 screws on each side of the controller

now remove those screws to open up the controller, now go pick up the screw you just dropped on the floor and go to the next ...

Okayy, Ever since I got my gen 1. from SPR, I decided, I no longer want it.

He sent it too me with fried Range... and a Rear broken Cupling shaft.

The car was supposed too have bearings, Tight turns, and AWD, and work perfectly, Well soo much for that eh?

So its up for sale. I did fix the cuplings, The rear, and I took the rear Diff. off and Changed it.

-Red S2.

-Blue suspension Rear, Medium front.

OK, so for Christmas a year ago I got a 1/10 Kyosho FW-05T with a M3 body. it was 2 speed and went over 50MPH.

but it had problems everyweek. first was the glow plug, 2 weeks after use I had to get a new one, as it wudn't ignite. another week, and it refused to brake or turn on command, and idle speed was up. had to get a new servo. a week later it wudn't budge, a leaf was stuck in the gears. went good for another 2 weeks until when it wud stall instead of shift. I left it down for a week ...

I am thinkng of selling my Xmods. But I have a question?

Ok, im thinking of selling my Xmods, but I want to know how much I could get for them.

1)I have my lancer evo VIII

it has a stage 2 rs motor (im not sure of the gear layout, but I would sell it with the rest of the gears)

It has the stock rims, Painted red with foam tires around them.

It has the race suspension with blue shocks.

It has the windows cut to look like their rolled down.

It has a custom pain job. Kindof.

2)Then I have a Nissan Titan

I've got a H2 with the rims and tires upgrade. it has a broken rear right driveshaft and broken right mirror. otherwise its good. asking 30$

yellow skyline body with minor imperfections asking 20$

and the beastly RSX type Sexy is for sale as well . you shud have seen pics of that before, underneath is just a stage 2 motor but it sits quite low as well. both bodys are in near flawless condition. you decide the price...

is it just me? cause when I look at the top of the forum theres a few links, all of which are blocks. where it shud say log out, its 2 blocks and in brakets Spade.

alright, this is the 4th screw up that one of my Xmods has made.

I got both transformer Xmods today, for just 30$. I am disappointed by how stupid the rims look on the camaro. I change the knuckles to brakes then when I pop off the right front one, a part cracks. now my wheel no longer has support.

then I try to put in the stage 2 motor in the mustang. and it wont budge. checked everything. the wheels wont move in the same direction but they will opposite.

this reminds me of ...

thats my almost 2 year old radioshack RSX. 1 of 8. only 2 work. its the nice looking body off the slow chassis onto the faster newer chassis in place of the blue body. its hit trees, been switched off by a rock and crashed into a lightpole, had dog crap stacked all on the front bumper, and a rat that chewed out the antenna, when it was next to 4 nonworking cars.

the other one (for the track) I shall post soon. got big plans for that one, 1/18 off road suspension.

well as you may have guess, I have a problem with it on the RSX. it takes about 20-30 clicks of the L button to get it strait. but sometimes it will still disobey. go too much left, then return to right.

this cud be from when I clipped the antenna in the motor mount, removed the screw an hour later and had the car go up in smoke and smell like BBQ for a week since the batteries were still in.

help please. is that the problem or shud I go in and try to manually allign it from before ...

So I'm thinking I'm definetly the radioshack Xmodder that uses mine the most out of everyone, not including people that do custom lithiums and whatnot. but I race mine atleast once a week at the roller hockey rink. it takes quite a beating on the car, the rear left of my scion's side skirt is broken off and so is the front right. thank goodness the car is silver and I have silver sharpies.

so we set up cones usually about 10 of them, and use the goalies as U-e's with a cone in the middle ...

When will the Next Xmods be out?

here's the thread to post the full setup of your main car. cud be more than one tho.

for my TC:

Power - stage 2 motor, 10 tooth speed gear (grinding tho)

Suspension - soft in front, stiff in rear. lowerd 3MM front, 1MM rear.

Handling - 3.0 degree toe in. minor neg camber all around. oversteer, fish tails after slow corner's apex

Tires - always soft treads in front. usually foams in rear sometimes hard treads or medium slicks

Exterior - mild body kit. pontiac rear rims, deep dish ...

What are your favorite gen 1. Xmods?!

this means your car must be fast and look smooth, having nothing that will harm performance. this does not have to be all your cars, but you must have 1 to be a member. for example, see my scion tC. nothing is unnecessary on there, the mild bodykit does the job as the stock gives upforce and it has all performance upgrades from radioshack. had my scion have the deep dish rims, carbon plastic hood with fake hoodscoops and the big wing with the huge wild ...
